The H&G Causeway Dynamic Credit Fund (the Fund) is a partnership between Hancock & Gore ( H&G ) and Causeway Asset Management Causeway.

The Fund leverages H&G’s expertise in active management of listed/unlisted equities and Causeway’s long tenured credit experience, along with each firms’ extensive market connections.

The partnership offer investors a unique opportunity to gain exposure to dynamic credit opportunities generally only available in private markets. Investors can gain exposure to a portfolio of diversified credit opportunities in Australian lower/middle market companies that cannot attract traditional debt funding due to size, industry, cashflow profile, asset light nature or growth requirements.

The Fund will leverage H&G’s equity investment expertise to target upside exposure beyond coupon requirements. The Fund will target both direct lending as well as the purchase of existing loans and loan portfolios that may require restructuring expertise with attractive recovery prospects.
